This Shipping Policy explains how Dr. Melaxin Beauty handles order processing, delivery timeframes, tracking, and shipping issues.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery typically takes 6–27 business days depending on destination, carrier handling, customs, and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

Once an order ships, customers receive tracking information by email or SMS where available. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders cannot always be changed after submission. Packages delayed, returned, or lost because of incorrect address details may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Customs and delivery delays

International orders may be subject to customs processing, inspections, local fees, or carrier delays outside our control. These delays do not automatically qualify an order for refund while it remains within the stated delivery window.

Lost or damaged packages
