Refund & Returns Policy

At Dr. Melaxin, we want every order to meet your expectations. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 6–27 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Refunds are not available for orders still in transit within this timeframe.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, customers have the option to add Shipping Protection for a small fee. This optional coverage applies exclusively to packages that are confirmed lost in transit.

If tracking confirms your order has been delivered, it is considered complete and no claim can be filed under Shipping Protection.

Shipping Protection does not cover:

• Delayed shipments within the standard delivery window
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Items seized or held by customs
• Theft after delivery (porch piracy)

Claims for lost packages must be filed within 14 days of the last tracking update. Approved claims will be fulfilled via reshipment or store credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued under Shipping Protection.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered. In rare cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, we may consider a refund. Delays within the 6–27 business day shipping window do not qualify for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted or promotional items
• Gift cards or store credit
• Perishable goods or personal care goods that have been opened or used
• Items not returned in their original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

All orders are processed immediately upon placement and cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected once submitted. We are unable to make exceptions once an order has been placed.

Final Note

By purchasing from Dr. Melaxin, you agree to the 6–27 business day shipping timeframe and to the terms outlined above. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
